Stress-Free Stays for Families with Little Ones
As parents, we understand how challenging traveling with young children can be. That’s why, at The Old Bakery in Angmering, we’ve thoughtfully provided a range of baby and toddler essentials to make your stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible.
Our family-friendly amenities are available free of charge upon request and include:
- Travel cot: Fits easily in either bedroom (please bring your own cot sheets and blankets).
- Highchair: Complete with straps and tray for safe and easy mealtimes.
- Fixed safety gate: Securely installed at the top and bottom of the stairs.
- Cot side for beds: Attaches to any of the beds for added safety.
- Child-friendly dining essentials: Plastic cutlery, plates, and bowls.
- Non-slip bath mat: For added safety during bath time.
- Very wipeable floors: Easy to clean, perfect for families with toddlers.
- Toys and Books:
- A selection of wooden toys, including a breakfast play tray with a toaster and the Melissa & Doug stable and horses.
- A variety of books for under 5s to keep little ones entertained.

"Had a wonderful 3 day stay at The Old Bakery whilst visiting family. We wanted a base suitable for two small children and this place was just perfect. The house itself was immaculate and very welcoming. We arrived very late on the night but Julie had put the lights and heating on ready to greet us which was a lovely touch. It has everything we needed, the kitchen was well resourced and very modern with plenty of space as well as a living room equipped with all the modern tech required to entertain 2 young kids a sound system as well as board games and some wooden toys for the smallest. The bedrooms were equally as nice, with comfortable beds. Bathrooms very clean with decent water pressure - essential for washing my hair 😂. Communication was amazing, Julie couldn’t do enough to help and was extremely accommodating even grabbing essentials from the shop for our baby and stocking the fridge prior to our arrival. Lots of attention to detail, can’t wait to stay again thank you! ❤️" Clare and family.
