This spacious, one-level fully refurbished bungalow offers two comfortable double bedrooms—one with a king-size bed, the other with a double. Ideal for families, couples or sharers, it features a bright lounge, sleek modern kitchen, and stylish shower room. Step outside to a fully enclosed garden with outdoor seating. Parking for 2 cars on the drive way is also available. Located in peaceful Angmering village, just a short walk to shops and minutes from the A27 and Sussex coast. Guests have full private access to the entire bungalow, including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area, and the enclosed rear garden. On-drive parking is available directly outside the property. Please note the garage and summer house are not for guest use. We like to give guests their privacy but are always available if needed. We’re happy to recommend places to eat, visit, or explore nearby. The property is all on one level with no internal steps, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
